Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly versatile and experienced Art Director & Senior Designer. This role requires a unique blend of UX/UI expertise, strong visual design skills, and the ability to craft compelling presentations for high-stakes investor days. You will be a key contributor to our client’s creative output, working on a wide range of projects, from digital and print ads to social media content and corporate reporting. You will collaborate closely with the design team, providing creative and art direction while also actively contributing to the execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- UX/UI Design: Design and develop user-centered interfaces for digital products and platforms, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Visual Design: Create visually compelling designs for a variety of mediums, including digital ads, print materials, social media graphics, and corporate reports.
- Presentation Design: Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for investor days and other key corporate events, ensuring clear communication of complex information.
- Creative & Art Direction: Provide creative and art direction to the design team, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a client-facing representative, understanding and translating client needs into effective design solutions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and Webflow with expert proficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a highly adaptable and resourceful designer who thrives in a demanding environment. You will possess a strong understanding of corporate culture and be able to effectively translate complex information into visually compelling designs and presentations. You will be a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director, preferably within a corporate in-house consulting firm or a large professional services/branding agency (e.g., Boston Consulting Group, Ernst & Young).
- Demonstrated expertise in both UX/UI design and visual design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work, as well as presentation design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate branding and visual identity.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a no-ego policy.
- Ability to pivot quickly and work on CEO timelines.
- Experience working with large companies and understand the demands of that level of work.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00 to $70.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
