As a key member of the Supplier Partnerships & Ops Technology (SPOT) team, you will drive critical projects, enhance product offerings, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes. Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of supplier partnerships. You will collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize product needs, translating business requirements into functional enhancements for SPOT products. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage projects efficiently, and drive results will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with area leaders to drive project completion and ensure on-time delivery of business initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize product needs.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements for SPOT product enhancements.
  • Document and educate stakeholders on SPOT processes, tools, products, and enhancements.
  • Effectively communicate project updates and ensure timely delivery of business efforts.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects within a matrix organization.
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to develop solutions to complex business problems.
  • Ability to influence executive-level associates and drive issue resolution.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience managing technical projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $74.80 to $83.12 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
