About the Role:
As a Senior UX Design Manager, you will:

Lead the design strategy and execution for omni-channel commerce products.
Create a hyper-personalized customer experience that fosters loyalty and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using Design Thinking principles to drive innovation.
Develop concepts, conduct design sprints, and build rapid prototypes.
Present design vision and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
Balance business and technology considerations to deliver user-friendly and engaging experiences.
Mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Excellent visual and interaction design skills with a strong understanding of current design trends.
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of e-commerce and experience building revenue-generating experiences.
Strong design aesthetic with a focus on brand expression, systems thinking, and inclusive design.
Extensive experience with business requirement gathering, journey mapping, design sprints, competitive analysis, concepting, and prototyping.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, motivate teams, and navigate a fast-paced environment.
Strategic and systems thinking approach to simplify complex challenges.
Proven track record of successfully shipping products in a cross-functional environment.
Passion for leading by example, mentoring, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or a related field, and 7+ years of experience in product design.
An impressive portfolio showcasing elegant design solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
