As a Design Producer, you will be the driving force behind the design process, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch. Your leadership and collaboration skills will be essential in guiding design brainstorms, managing project timelines, and advocating for user-centered design principles. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional relationships, representing the design team’s perspective and needs.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, establish milestones, and proactively track and address potential issues.
  • Facilitate design brainstorms and workshops, fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Lead design reviews, capturing key insights, decisions, and action items.
  • Monitor and report on project health, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with Design Managers to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Negotiate priorities for the design team, balancing competing demands and aggressive schedules.
  • Oversee the timely handoff of design assets to engineering, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
  • Continuously improve processes and communication within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a producer/project manager in software design, with digital or creative agency experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI and software ideation, execution, and delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with best practices for desktop, mobile, and native app design.
  • Proven ability to integrate design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to quickly grasp complex concepts and focus on key issues.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of constant change.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design tools and software.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $77.21 to $85.79 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
