We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the Senior Product Manager within our client’s automotive portfolio. In this Consultant role, you will have a well-defined mandate and roadmap, allowing for a deep focus on key initiatives with structured support from the team. You will work within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, collaborating closely with UX, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), “IT,” and cross functional teams to drive success.
What You Will Do
- Support the Senior Product Manager in executing the established roadmap for the automotive portfolio driving impactful changes in the customer journey from search and discoverability to purchase flow.
- Interface with Product teams, UX teams, eCommerce, and merchandising to ensure a cohesive product experience and that features are properly scoped, estimated, and delivered on time.
- Work within SAFe and Agile processes, bringing knowledge of best practices
- Focus on desktop and mobile web experiences
- Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements; prioritize and groom the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Participate in daily standups, remove roadblocks, and provide clarity on priorities to the development team.
- Assist in defining product requirements, creating wireframes
- Analyze product usage metrics, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain product documentation, track KPIs, and report on feature performance.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand user pain points and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in product management.
What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years experience in product management within eCommerce, automotive, or related industries.
- Familiarity with digital product initiatives, especially in value activation and urgency creation.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with structured team support.
- SAFe-certified (PO/PM, SAFe 5 or 6 preferred).
- Ability to navigate and collaborate within a large organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excited about innovation, AI, and digital transformation within a leading brand.
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent experience in product management, business analysis, or software development
