Are you an expert on the Atlassian Confluence platform? Do you know how to leverage its power to catalog and share important documents with audiences across large enterprises? Consider joining us for this new role in the IT organization reporting to the leader of the Enterprise Architecture Practices team.
The Enterprise Architecture (EA) capability is going through a transformation affecting all aspects of the IT organization and operation. For more context, Enterprise Architecture is a best practice discipline for ensuring the company can effectively navigate change. The Practices team is responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing the processes and related artifacts associated with the enterprise architecture operating model.
Responsibilities
- Partner with content owners across the company to coordinate actions necessary to effectively disseminate enterprise architecture knowledge across the IT architecture community enterprise-wide.
- Work with EA practice experts and related teams to manage a large library of crowd-sourced architecture artifacts with the goals of making it easy to administer, access, and contribute.
- Create new processes and UI design as needed.
- Hold stakeholder meetings, research and document related processes, collect data, analyze and present information, and perform related tasks.
- Publish content.
- Develop lifecycle management practices and tools.
- Educate users and content creators.
- Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on content usage.
- Respond to questions and requests for enhancements.
- Help make Enterprise Architecture happen!
Required Qualifications
- Primary skill: Document/Content management.
- Secondary skill: Confluence – should be an expert user of Confluence.
- Excellent communication ability.
- Success with stakeholder outreach and engagement.
- Visionary mindset to enhance product capabilities using Confluence techniques, various plug-ins, and UI design.
- Ability to see the big picture, understand practice objectives, and apply Confluence to achieve goals.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to improve Confluence usage.
- Process documentation and communication skills.
- Collaboration with related team members and managers at all levels.
- Ability to recommend new ideas and deliver excellent customer service.
- 5+ years of experience using Confluence and related tools to store and manage content.
- Advanced understanding of the Atlassian stack and interoperability between platforms such as Jira.
- Experience using Jira to manage work.
- Experience as a product manager.
- Experience with project management and developing workplans.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with UX design and requirements gathering.
- Experience with enterprise architecture or systems architecture is a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
