The project involves managing and optimizing the ordering processes for EYBL and EYBL teams, including defining workflows and creating organizational tools. It also includes overseeing and executing orders for contracted high schools & managing all product for Youth Basketball Camps, while developing templates to ensure efficient tracking and organization of all orders and related workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the product assortment and ordering process for EYBL teams (boys and girls), ensuring seamless execution and delivery. 
  • Create and document a clear process to support EYBL teams with their ordering needs.
  • Build templates to effectively track and organize EBL workflows.

Skills:

  • Understands high school sports culture, grass roots basketball boys and girls teams, and how the season/products/games work.
  • High attention to detail, very organized, project coordinator mindset
  • Excel, Keynote, can document their processes
  • Self starter, asks questions, motivated to solve problems, good attitude
  • Experience as an equipment manager, understands high school space, has managed sport events
  • Experience ordering equipment with ServiceNow or similar ordering systems

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.19 to $31.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
