We are seeking an entry-level Paid Search Coordinator to join our digital marketing team in a full-time role. As a key member of our team, you will support our paid search initiatives by managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and driving business growth through strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze campaign data and create comprehensive performance reports
- Transform complex data sets into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet ROI targets
- Conduct regular keyword research and search query analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search initiatives with broader marketing objectives
- Write and optimize ad copy to improve campaign performance
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and other relevant tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Google Ads certification or approximately 1 year of paid search experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to transform data into meaningful business insights
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising platforms
