Business Analyst

Overview

Looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business operations and technology for the various digital projects we will be working on this year. Will play a critical role in helping organizations improve their processes, products, and services by analyzing business needs and identifying solutions. We are looking for someone who involves gathering and analyzing data, defining business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of business objectives with IT systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, Dev teams) to understand business goals and needs.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

2. Solution Design:

• Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
• Create functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to guide the development of solutions.

3. Project Management & Support:

• Support project teams during the implementation phase by ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
• Assist in testing and validating solutions before deployment.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain ongoing communication with business stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present findings, updates, and recommendations to leadership and other relevant parties.

5. Change Management & Training:

• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during the implementation of new processes or systems.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends and insights.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capacity to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and document findings.
• Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot inconsistencies and gaps in business processes or requirements.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.79 to $71.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
