Job Description: Business Analyst – Talent Acquisition/Finance
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team, combining expertise in business analysis with foundational responsibilities in financial analysis. This hybrid role is essential in streamlining recruitment operations, leveraging data insights to improve hiring strategies, and supporting financial planning and reporting for our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis in Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Operations team to analyze and optimize recruitment processes and workflows.
- Develop RIO model for key talent acquisition tools
- Utilize data analytics tools to provide actionable insights for improving candidate experience and overall hiring efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment cycle and propose solutions to improve productivity.
Financial Analysis Responsibilities
- Track monthly spend, investigate PO invoice blocks, make vendor payments & preform month end checkbook
- Analyze and report on Talent Acquisition budget performance, including cost-per-hire and return on investment (ROI) of recruitment efforts.
- Prepare and maintain financial forecasts and models for hiring initiatives and workforce planning.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in recruitment operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership on hiring performance and budget utilization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably within Talent Acquisition or HR.
- Experience in tracking spend, budgeting, coordinating payments (SAAP and Ariba)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS) and an understanding of recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of workforce planning and budgeting techniques.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or HR analytics.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
