As the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will oversee paid search, affiliates, reporting, seasonal planning, and budget tracking while covering for a parental leave. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to develop and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents, and effectively presenting company or product information. As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Analytics, Data Science, and Brand Creative teams. You will also collaborate with external agencies to execute best-in-class digital strategies.

What You Will Work On

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Lead and execute affiliate, paid search, and programmatic marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Seasonal Planning & Execution: Define and support the seasonal performance marketing agenda to accelerate revenue and growth. Lead the 13-week seasonal roadmap in partnership with agencies and platform teams.
  • Budget & Forecasting: Manage a $20M+ marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Business Planning teams to optimize budget allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Ecommerce, Merchandising, Business Planning, Finance, and Creative teams to drive digital commerce initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Campaign Development & Optimization: Support the creative process from concept to launch, ensuring best practices are leveraged. Drive innovation across paid media channels.
  • Reporting & Measurement: Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence, tracking campaign performance, KPIs, and insights to drive data-backed marketing decisions.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in senior-level performance marketing roles.
  • Direct expertise in affiliate, paid search, and programmatic marketing.
  • Strong background in performance marketing channels (Google, Microsoft, DV360, Bing Ads).
  • Proven experience managing budgets of $20M+ and leading teams of 3+ members.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and measure success.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, mixed media modeling, Jira, and Asana.
  • Strong ability in reporting, measurement forecasting, and data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Keynote, with excellent presentation skills.
  • BIG PLUS – Graphic design experience, with the ability to create visually compelling presentations.

Additional Notes

  • This role is a parental leave coverage position.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.60 to $54.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
