We’re seeking a Programmatic Media Manager to drive our services international growth across Latin America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. As our Programmatic Media Manager, you’ll oversee sophisticated digital advertising campaigns that connect millions of viewers with content they love. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution – you’ll pioneer innovative approaches while optimizing campaign performance through data-driven decisions. Your expertise will span both campaign strategy and detailed implementation, using testing and iteration to achieve exceptional results.

Success in this position requires an analytical mindset paired with cultural intelligence. You’ll collaborate with teams across multiple regions, applying your global perspective to develop campaigns that resonate locally while driving scalable solutions. Your ability to analyze complex data sets and transform insights into action will be crucial in creating impactful advertising strategies that speak to diverse audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and scaling Programmatic Media campaigns using DSP (e.g. Display, Video, Mobile and CTV)
  • Optimizing audience segments, bidding strategies, creative formats, and inventory sources to maximize campaign performance
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Communicating performance and status to various marketing, media and business stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Programmatic Media, including campaign creation, optimization and analysis
  • Track record of building and growing paid media accounts
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in A/B testing and creative optimization
  • Experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple countries and languages
  • Experience using any of the following DSPs and ad tech platforms: The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, MediaMath, DSP
  • Experience with cross-device and CTV/OTT advertising
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42 to $46 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
