Aquent Studios x Adobe is a custom-built creative agency partnership that provides scalability with world-class talent to Adobe’s in-house studio and web team. We’re looking for a mid-level Program Manager to join the Aquent Studios x Adobe team to partner with the cross-functional teams to shepherd projects through the full cycle of program management — from initiation and planning to execution. This Program Manager will primarily work on digital projects that may include product launches, promotions, or full funnel campaigns. They will ensure that the work produced is high quality, meets all program objectives, and is delivered in a timely, cost-effective manner. The Marketing Program Management teams play a crucial role in orchestrating and overseeing the successful delivery of campaigns, releases and marketing content that collectively contributes to Adobe’s strategic objectives. The focus is on driving clarity, alignment, coordination, risk management, and effective communication to ensure program success.
What you need to succeed:

5+ years of creative program & project management experience within a corporate tech marketing organization or creative ad agency

Strong understanding of the creative process and timelines, from initial objective-setting to creative concepting, design, and production

Ability to manage projects and teams in a highly matrixed organization

Act resourcefully and work independently with attention to detail

Manage open-ended, ambiguous, or ill-defined projects

Skilled in usage of Microsoft Office and project management software, such as Workfront
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines
-
Adaptive approach, as marketing programs may need to be adjusted quickly based on real-time feedback and market data

Manage multiple marketing communications projects, tracking and reporting of progress and status
-
Build relationships and work closely with partners to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans

Proactively identify potential issues and problem solve with the extended team, while keeping all parties informed and tracking

Confidence to set firm boundaries with stakeholders and drive the work

Identify roles and responsibilities at project outset, to clearly understand and set expectations, while also ensuring a streamlined and efficient program delivery

Foster a collaborative environment and promote team harmony

Technical proficiency—firm understanding of software programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Sharepoint a plus), as well as project management software (WorkFront preferred).
What you’ll do:

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs under the guidance of mid-level and senior team member

Aid in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing
initiatives

Assist in scheduling milestone meetings, taking notes and ensuring proper distribution after meetings

Set up a centralized project tracker: budgets, specs, resources, timelines, status, etc.

Keep the Project Trackers updates

Manage the consumer supply chain (WorkFront) Project queue and input all projects into CSC
-
Support in the creation, tracking, and distribution of marketing collateral and assets
-
Triage incoming project briefs – assess them through the lens of resourcing and strategic priorities, and escalate to Category Lead as necessary

Work with Studio resource management to confirm and assign team to project

Utilize strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail, to promote collaborative partnerships and successful program delivery.

Proactively identify issues, actively involve others, and propose solutions

Leverage the knowledge of others, working closely with the broader Studio team

Willingly answer questions within the team and offer help

Receive, weigh, and integrate diverse feedback from a multi-disciplinary team
