The ideal candidate would have experience with data integrations (application integration, ETL, Pub/Sub, etc.) with business experience and the ability to communicate these topics with a wide range of non-technical and technical teams.

The Data Services Integration Lead reports to the Retail Systems and Data Integrations Manager and is responsible for establishing testing standards for all Sales Solutions systems/applications. The Integration Lead will help manage testing schedules and timelines and provide Sales Solutions Operations Support. In addition, the Integration Lead will assist with enhancement prioritization, training & communication development, solution documentation and provide alignment with global users.

This position will interact with other Business Process Solution Teams, Sales & Order Management, IT, Global Teams and other Suppliers/Vendors.

 

Responsibilities

 

1. Development and implementation of UAT test cases, standards, and reporting

2. Production support centered around data systems

3. Manage change request requirements and project tracking

4. Integration support for 3rd party vendors

5. Operational & Project Support

6. Involvement in enhancement release meetings/materials

7. Help define, facilitate and support Integration testing

8. Incorporate dealer feedback into planning efforts

9. Work with other Business Solutions & IT Managers and supporting teams to coordinate

the business activities and projects

10. Help oversee and participate in testing for various data services being created

11. Work with IT project teams during development of data services to ensure business needs are met with delivered solutions

12. Participate in business validation of IT deployments

13. Serve as a technical SME for the entire Sales Solutions team

 

Required Experience:

· Extensive knowledge and previous experience working with vehicle data, dealer

systems and associated business processes, 5+ years

· Experience in working with automotive OEM, 5+ years. Dealership sales/ordering experience a

plus

· Ability to ramp-up quickly on new work assignments

· Web-service experience

· High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult

· Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area required

· A team-oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships

· Ability to recognize and value the importance of sharing ideas, results

and best practices

· The ability to multi-task across a wide range of activities while remaining calm

and efficient

· Extensive knowledge of testing requirements and methodology, project management, and other IT related processes

· Proficient in querying relational database and understanding database structures

.Oracle (relationship) and SOLR (NoSQL) experience a plus.

 

Demonstrated experience/skills should include:

Technical Writing/Competence

· Attention to detail, analytical, computer skills, interpersonal communication

· High level of analytical ability in data coding implementation and interpretation through testing

and developing use cases as well as business cases for data sources/implementation

· Knowledge of Dealer, DMS systems and processes, and vehicle ordering/consensus processes

· Possesses strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

· Managing and Measuring work, organizational agility, problem solving, process management,

drive for results

· Ability to effectively interact with multiple IT, business, and global individuals to ensure business needs are being met

 

Technical Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Team Foundation Server

(TFS) and SharePoint

· Proficient in SOAP UI – XML – JSON – SOAP

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50-55 an hour DOE. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

 

This is a hybrid role. All candidates must be able to work onsite in Warren. Candidates must currently be eligible to work in the United States without a sponsorship.
