This collaboration creates exciting opportunities to work with Aquent Studios and impact millions of customers, showcasing Sanofi’s products via innovative storytelling and unique visual experiences.
 
We’re looking for an AI Designer/Artist to join our Aquent Studios Sanofi Content Powerhouse (CPH) team to support designers, creative teams and client brand teams and business partners by creating high quality imagery using the latest GenAI technology

What you’ll do:

• Create and develop visual assets using AI and machine learning techniques to enhance and innovate artistic designs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered creative solutions for visual content.

• Utilize AI tools and algorithms to generate and manipulate images, animations, and visual effects for various platforms and projects.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into artistic processes and workflows.

• Experiment with AI-driven tools to explore new possibilities and push the boundaries of artistic expression.

• Optimize AI-generated content for performance and quality across different devices and platforms.

• Work closely with the AI engineering team to provide feedback and insights on the development of new AI tools and features for artistic applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in a creative leadership role in technology, publishing, media or a related field.

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in curating and directing creative projects with a focus on aesthetic and visual storytelling.

• Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills with experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in communicating complex creative concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven understanding of aesthetic principles across mediums, with strengths in photography and video.

• Experience working with advanced generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Dall-e, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with generative models, data curation and annotation processes.

• Familiarity with product development and launch processes.

• Experience in music, video or other forms of media production.

• Familiarity model fine-tuning, LoRA development, ComfyUI ecosystem, machine learning or computer vision.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines

• Experience with uploading/managing assets in a digital asset management system a plus 

• Willingly answer questions within the team and offer help

• Receive, weigh, and integrate diverse feedback from a multi-disciplinary team

• Take ownership for asset management

• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Marketing/Advertising 

• Skilled in usage of Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Workfront 

• Manage creative process and workflow from creative brief submission to release of digital assets

• Utilize strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail, to promote collaborative partnerships and successful program delivery

Compensation Range: $60 -65/hr DOE

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
