Product Manager/Owner

Overview

We need a product manager / owner to help with the execution of the technical and business scalability strategy and to oversee the development and grooming of the associated user story / requirement backlog. Will serve as the product owner for one or more scrum teams. 

Responsible for oversight and/or implementation of new and/or existing project activities. May be enterprise specific or cross enterprise. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with and to management.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager / Owner with exceptional leadership skills is required. 
• Solid experience and understanding of Agile Scrum in the oversight of work prioritization, the development of epics and user stories for business and technical requirements is essential. 
• Solid understanding of relevant business issues. 
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required. 

The following is preferred but not required: 

• Experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments
• A background in the financial services industry
• BA/BS degree 
• CSPO and/or CSM is a plus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $77.99 to $86.66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
