We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Email & Push Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our global email and push marketing strategies. This role is responsible for campaign governance, execution, performance analysis, and audience targeting to maximize engagement and growth. The ideal candidate has strong data analysis skills, a marketing background, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate across teams and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Govern worldwide email and push marketing channels, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Analyze & report on U.S. email and push campaign performance, leveraging data insights to inform strategy.
  • Build, QA, and launch email and push campaigns with a focus on accuracy and impact.
  • Develop & execute audience targeting strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize campaign calendars by scheduling resends of high-performing campaigns to maximize reach.
  • Leverage A/B testing and segmentation strategies to refine marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless execution and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in email, push, mobile, or display advertising.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience managing large-scale email/push marketing programs and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, customer segmentation, and campaign targeting.
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • BA/BS degree required.

  • Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for email/push marketing governance.
  • Using campaign insights to drive continuous optimization and growth.

  • Deliver Results – Prioritize and execute campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
  • Ownership – Take accountability for email and push marketing performance and strategy.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34 to $37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
