Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our Home category team, working alongside a dynamic group of campaign management professionals. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days of in-office presence per week. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach to campaign management while maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize both managed service and self-service digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement upper-funnel (brand awareness, engagement) and lower-funnel (conversion, direct response) campaign strategies
  • Create detailed media plans and manage campaign optimizations
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using internal analytics tools
  • Manage complete campaign lifecycle from pre-sale through post-sale analysis
  • Submit and manage technical requests for campaign adjustments and item health maintenance
  • Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and shared resources
  • Traffic campaign tags across various ad technology platforms
  • Conduct thorough QA processes to ensure accurate implementation and performance
  • Generate regular performance insights and campaign wrap-up reports
  • Collaborate with analytics team on measurement reporting
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong internal partnerships

Working Environment

  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office required)
  • Team Structure: Part of a collaborative team including three campaign managers, one lead campaign manager, and various cross-functional partners (account managers, sales team, search performance managers)
  • No regular overtime required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media operations, bid management, or campaign management
  • Proven experience with campaign trafficking and optimization
  • Proficiency with bid management platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using collaboration tools (email, Slack, virtual meetings)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $52/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
