As an individual contributor role in our client’s in-house Creative Studio, this role reports directly to Studio Ops Manager and uses established processes and systems to manage projects and campaigns with a focus on Brand Marketing, Social Media, Sponsorship and team administrative work.
KEY DUTIES
Project Management
- Manages design projects using the processes and systems identified by Studio Ops Manager and works with internal clients and external vendors to ensure timely production.
- Translates requests into a Project Brief. Develops project plans, schedules meetings, creative reviews and takes clear and concise notes. Communicates follow-ups and action items.
- Responsible for clear communication through every phase of the project from inquiry/request to final deliverable.
- Identifies opportunities to expedite project delivery or reduce cost. Identifies any possible issues along with recommended actions for correction.
- Provides system support to the Creative Studio team and internal clients to ensure successful completion of programs and projects.
Asset Management
- Ingests and archives project assets into Dropbox and the DAM (Digital Asset Manager).
- Handles digital marketing assets throughout all aspects of the project lifecycle by adhering to and maintaining digital naming conventions, file management, metadata system, and quality control.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, project management or related field, or an additional three years of relevant training/experience in creative project management in lieu of this degree.
- Excellent communication skills (e.g., verbal, written and listening) and strong attention to details.
- Creative Studio or agency experience a plus.
- Work well under pressure and tight deadline with the ability to manage 50 projects at a time.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 – $40/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
