An Administrative Business Partner provides high-level administrative support to executives and teams, ensuring efficient operation and contributing to the company’s success. While specific responsibilities can vary, typical duties include:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinating and managing complex schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives.

  • Communication Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating team events, off-sites, and other business-related functions.

  • Travel Coordination: Arranging domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries.

  • Document Preparation: Drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Project Management: Assisting with special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.

  • Office Management: Overseeing administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment.

  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
