UX Writer
Our client is seeking a UX Writer to create meaningful and improved user experiences across their services. This role involves working on cloud services as well as account and security features, helping to uphold their commitments to privacy and security.
The UX Writer will collaborate closely with product designers to craft customer experiences that balance user advocacy with the interests of marketing, business, and engineering stakeholders. This role requires a strong ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and to partner effectively across teams throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting copy within established tone, language, and design systems.
- Contributing to feature development, including naming, user flows, product logic, and user education for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values to create a cohesive experience.
- Simplifying complex systems into clear, concise, and compelling interface copy.
- Collaborating with designers to identify and solve UI challenges.
- Addressing feedback and improving content performance.
Compensation:
The target hiring range for this role is $75.65 to $84.06 per hour. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
