We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the Marketplace Operations Team. In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert in a specific area (e.g., Men’s/Women’s/Kids Apparel, Footwear, Supply, or Freight). Your mission will be to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and ensure order book health while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

What You’ll Work On

  • Monitor critical performance metrics to improve service and influence business decisions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data sharing to enhance clarity and visibility within the supply chain.
  • Deliver customer service excellence through prompt response times via email/phone.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and support operational projects.
  • Support monthly shipment goal-setting processes.

Who You’ll Work With

  • You’ll report to the Marketplace Operations Manager and work cross-functionally with the company.
  • Marketplace Partners Unit, which includes Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and Seasonal Execution teams.
  • Your role will support one of North America’s key strategic Marketplace Partners.

What You Bring

  • Required Experience:
    • 2-3 years in operations, supply chain, or customer service.
    • Clear communication and attention to detail.
    • Independent working skills with comfort in ambiguity.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Supply chain or finance degree.
    • Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, or related experience.
    • SAP and MS Office Suite familiarity.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Adaptability to work across different teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $33 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
