The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting a fast-growing influencer marketing program. The ideal candidate will have an interest in digital and influencer marketing and a passion for all things marketing and social media. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is excited about the influencer industry and wants to be at the forefront of digital innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and intuitive, with great ideas to support our influencer campaigns. You will bring a creative and flexible mindset to the role, which will be critical for the success of our influencer initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role which will work across the business as well as high-profile external partners. Support execution of influencer campaigns in, but not limited to, Germany to meet or exceed direct response goals driving global subscriber acquisition, conversion & efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft campaign project briefs, creative briefs, and influencer contracts in both English and German.
  • Prospect and curate new talent for influencer campaigns in but not limited to Germany leveraging SaaS platforms and social platform search tools.
  • Build and manage direct relationships with social media influencers and agencies within but not limited to Germany.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like brand, legal, and strategy for campaign approvals and coordination.
  • Responsible for the collection, storage, and distribution of marketing assets such as branded materials and influencer assets across multiple databases.
  • Liaise with Paid Media teams to coordinate asset deliveries and campaign launches.
  • Track, monitor, and report on post/ad performance against key KPIs on a regular basis
  • Proactively manage the brand’s “influencer funnel,” constantly updating it with new, authentic, on-brand influencers to partner with.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in local markets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of influencer marketing experience.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, pop culture and industry trends.
  • Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills working with colleagues across departments at all levels
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of various paid social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Hardworking, proactive, eager to learn and willing to tackle new challenges
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strategic self-starter and ability to prioritize many ongoing projects.
  • Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Nice to have: strong relationships with local agencies and influencer in Germany.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.64 to $42.94/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
