Our global technology client is redefining how they bring the benefits of cloud to businesses of all sizes. As part of this initiative, they are developing a Community focused on acquiring Small and Medium Businesses (SMB). This Community will include a digital website, specialized content and a series of benefits, content and partnerships. This contractor will join a global team and help support the Digital Marketing Manager and the Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager defines the digital customer experience, Connected Community platform functionality and manages email marketing and reporting initiatives. The Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager builds the customer acquisition strategy including paid media campaigns, third party partnerships and email nurture strategies. This candidate will help with customizing and updating the digital platform, content and benefit offering of the connected community, will help with paid media and email marketing, and execute reporting. This individual will need to collaborate with cross- functional teams, regional marketing and sales and external agencies and partners. The ideal candidate has strong communication and relationship building skills, attention to detail and a
track record for getting things done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Connected Community website, including customization of the digital experience, localization, and uploading of content. Ensuring its up-to-date, fully functional, and accessible.
- Build and execute Marketo emails to support campaign nurture paths.
- Regularly update website content, including text, thumbnails, videos, and other media, to ensure it is accurate and engaging.
- Write catchy summaries and descriptions for on- demand content (English only).
- Work closely with a creative agency(s) to coordinate and manage content creation,including graphics, videos, and copy, ensuring alignment with the website’s goals and brand identity.
- Assist with regular reporting cadence and data collection. Build reports using tools like Adobe Analytics and Grafana to track key data points (website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates etc.) and share on a regular basis to support our key stakeholders needs.
- Assist with paid media campaign execution by collaborating in the campaign asset creation and review, copy and messaging calendar build and TRK code creation.
- Track website performance including user experience and navigation to keep an eye on technical issues like downtime, broken links, or functionality problems, and work with the engineering team to prioritize updates.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other teams or departments for web-related issues or updates. Maintain documentation of support and guidance materials.
- Stay updated on web technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend enhancements for improved website functionality and user engagement.
Job Qualifications:
- Solid foundation in the fundamentals of marketing; strong focus on digital but will need to think from an integrated perspective.
- Proven experience in website administration, familiarity working with web analytics tools, digital platforms, content management systems (i.e. WordPress, Drupal, Joomla), and digital asset management tools. Ability to think through digital customer journeys and experiences.
- Program management skills- can build templates and frameworks to create and manage scalable processes.
- Thrives in a data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to make fact-based decisions and work proactively with others to drive change/improvement.
- The ability to partner with a collaborative approach with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS ecosystem
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce and other marketing automation tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $32.62 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
