As a Branding & Marketing Executive Coordinator, you will assist the Chief Branding & Marketing Officer and the entire marketing team with various tasks. These include administrative duties, event planning, promotional marketing, and organizing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Task Management: Use Asana to manage tasks like print production, promotional items, and corporate/property requests.
- Event & Campaign Support: Help with national marketing programs, promotional items, and signage, tracking winners, prizes, and expenses.
- Collaboration: Work with various teams, including Property Management, to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Marketing Material Coordination: Organize and track marketing materials for onboarding properties and coordinate with vendors.
- Communication: Handle requests from internal teams, manage department emails, and assist with newsletters.
- Meetings & Logistics: Schedule internal and external meetings, book conference rooms, and manage catering if needed.
- Miscellaneous: Help with marketing events, maintaining the department’s calendar, tracking compliance, and assisting with special projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Software Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Yardi preferred.
- Communication: Strong writing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
- Creative Problem Solving: Proactive and resourceful in completing tasks independently or asking for help when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8-12 years as an executive assistant; 3-5 years in marketing or related field.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.00 – $43.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
