Join an innovative audio brand’s marketing team to execute engaging campaigns that drive market impact. We’re seeking an exceptional brand manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough marketing initiatives.
Description
The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing global marketing campaigns tied to new product launches and collaborations. You’ll assist in creating go-to-market plans that excite consumers and meet business objectives. Success in this role requires deep understanding of target customers and the ability to develop relevant, motivating strategies that align with brand positioning. Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing integrated marketing plans through collaboration with Media, Social, Digital, PR, Sales, Creative, and Business Affairs teams
- Leverage consumer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing plans
- Develop marketing and creative briefs on Keynote with clear, concise narratives
- Own campaign recaps and external reporting in a timely manner
- Drive follow-up and follow-through with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years in Brand Marketing with category-leading brands
- World-class marketing campaign experience with Tier 1 talent
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure
- Agile self-starter who is results-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest and/or experience in sports, gaming, fashion, culture, music
- Strong research skills with ability to translate data into actionable tactics
- Calm under pressure while maintaining competence and “can do” attitude
- Natural curiosity with eagerness to bring new insights, ideas and opportunities
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
