Position Overview: The Senior Manager, Multi-Channel Marketing is responsible for overseeing the strategy, media, and creative execution of all owned marketing assets, including email, organic social, and corresponding on-site assets. This role serves as the main point of contact for owned channels, ensuring cohesive communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Planning, Media & Digital Marketing, and Web Store Operations. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead initiatives across Influencer, PR, and multi-channel campaigns while managing budgets to maximize efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Owned Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and oversee strategy for all owned marketing assets, including email, organic social, and on-site content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for owned channels, building strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including Merchandising, Planning, Media & Digital Marketing, and Web Store Operations.

Photography & Creative Oversight: Partner with Creative to lead the photography process, ensuring seasonal merchandise needs are met, selecting appropriate talent, and approving final photography selections for marketing campaigns.

Influencer Marketing: Set the strategic direction and guide the team in executing effective influencer marketing plans to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

PR & Multi-Channel Campaigns: Set marketing direction and work closely with internal teams and agency partners to execute high-impact multi-channel PR strategies.

Performance Measurement: Collaborate with critical business and marketing partners, including Consumer Insights & Analytics (CI&A), Media/Digital Marketing, and Merchandising, to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives.

Budget Management: Ensure marketing spend is on budget, optimizing fund allocation for high-impact results and continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency.

Team Leadership: Oversee two Marketing Specialists, providing guidance on day-to-day activities and supporting their professional development through coaching and feedback.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in Advertising/Marketing, preferably with both ad agency and client-side experience.
- Experience in retail marketing and multi-channel campaign production.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect objectives across channels for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Highly motivated and ambitious, with a track record of generating new ideas and driving innovation.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00-50.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
