Marketing Analyst

Overview

One of Aquent’s leading Insurance Clients is seeking a Marketing Analyst for a 5 month hybrid assignment in Hartford, CT.  The hybrid schedule will be 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Please review the description below and apply today if you feel you a good fit!  

Responsibilites:

• Researches and analyzes market conditions in local, regional, or national area to determine potential sales of product or service.
• Runs analysis involving competitors, pricing, sales, methods of marketing, existing and potential customer preferences, economic conditions, advertising, distribution, and other factors that may influence future sales.
• Analyzes data and recommends specific actions based on findings.Excludes paraprofessional – positions.
• Establishes research methodology and designs format for data gathering, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires.
• Examines and analyzes statistical data to forecast future marketing trends.
• Gathers data on competitors and analyzes prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
• Collects data on customer preferences and buying habits.
• Prepares reports and graphic illustrations of findings.

Experience: 

• 2-3 years of experience: Marketing Analytics and/or Research
• Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, business, research 
• Insurance industry experience is a plus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.49 to $34.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
