The Challenge:
Join our growing team and work on exciting projects involving Digital Media products and solutions. As a member of the Digital Media consulting team, you will apply your expertise to implement creative solutions and integrate enterprise solutions with clients’ IT infrastructure.
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Project Managers with strong foundational experience to join the Consulting Delivery team. Project Managers will collaborate across our multi-functional solution teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering solutions, helping to lead large and complex multi-technology agile projects and business transformation. They will possess the skills to interact, collaborate, and impact various personalities and functions, including the client, business owners, engineers, project operations, quality assurance, project managers, and product management.

What You’ll Do:
• Be an expert of Digital Media offerings; primarily Firefly and the associated APIs.
• Manage implementation project delivery, including requirement capture, scope definition, resource management, progress reporting, and risk assessment.
• Develop and take responsibility for the delivery plan, in addition to identifying resourcing requirements.
• Manage multiple engagements, at various stages of progression, across multiple customers at any one time.
• Foster positive relationships and communicate effectively across the customer’s ecosystem (e.g. business owners, engineers, project operations, project managers and product management).
• Be an advocate for your customer internally, helping to resolve issues by working across our Services, Support, Product & Sales teams.
• Understand the use cases of our customers and help them achieve great outcomes, which in turn lead to successful adoption, expanded usage and renewal of our software
• Help our customers and their project teams achieve successful project delivery by applying your expertise and abilities to drive business results.
• Actively contribute as a vocal member of the team, offering innovations, new working methodologies, challenging the status quo, and aiding in continual improvement efforts

What you need to succeed:
• Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a client-facing Project Management role.
• Prior experience of leading SaaS implementation projects, as well as effectively managing the roll out and adoption of the new solution.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
