We are a leading marketing and advertising agency and are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of tier 1 client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with them. This position requires excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of tier 1 client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
Collaborate with the creative team, marketing department, and media planning to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction
Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategies
Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement
Oversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaigns
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback
Requirements
8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
Experience in senior living marketing is a plus
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Experience in managing a multi-disciplined team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
