Position Overview:
The Marketing and Campaign Management Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our product campaigns’ go-to-market (GTM) orchestration for 2024 and assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns for 2025. This position requires collaboration across multiple teams including Merchandising, Marketing Channels, Digital Retail, and Visual Merchandising, ensuring a cohesive customer experience while driving product awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2024 Product Campaigns GTM:

    • Collaborate with Merchandising to prioritize products, brands, and categories.
    • Ensure marketing efforts align across Digital, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising to maintain a cohesive customer experience.
  • 2025 Product Campaigns:

    • Assist in the GTM development for key product playbooks, including new product launches and exclusives.
    • Ensure REI’s branding, product details, and experiential elements are represented effectively across all customer touchpoints.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

    • Support campaign development alongside Marketing and cross-divisional partners, including Marketing Program Managers and Creative teams.
    • Document and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the campaign development cycle, ensuring everyone is updated on progress and changes.
    • Facilitate the process for adapting customer experiences based on shifts in key deliverables or strategic direction.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

  1. 2+ years of Marketing Experience:
    Proven experience in marketing roles, demonstrating the ability to support and execute marketing strategies.

  2. Experience Supporting Integrated Marketing Plans:
    Familiarity with the components and execution of multi-channel marketing plans.

  3. Experience in Multi-Brand Retail or Marketing/Ad Agency:
    Background in a retail or agency environment, particularly in managing diverse brand portfolios.

Nice-to-Have Skills/Experiences:

  • Familiarity with the Outdoor Industry:
    Knowledge of outdoor activities and brands, enhancing the ability to connect with our target audience.

  • Product Marketing Experience:
    Experience in marketing specific products or product lines, contributing to more effective GTM strategies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.00 to $37.14 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
