Aquent’s leading entertainment client is looking for a project manager incharge of project governance.  This role will be hybrid 2-4 days onsite in Orlando, FL and the assignment will last about 10 months. Individuals should be agile focused and can take on scrum activities associated with the development of the products in running grooming, planning, standup and alignment sessions. Responsibilities:

  1. Support Technology Project and Program Governance Program

  • Research and report on project management practices, services, impacts to data quality, consistency and overall value to the company
  • Document and report on existing practices with Technology teams to stay abreast of existing practices and challenges with compliance
  • Review and analyze projects and programs. Draft and help implement recommended improvements to process and procedures for projects.
  • Participate in policy creation and management. Analyze potential impacts of policy choices under consideration.
  • Participate in project review processes to verify projects and teams are in line with standard, policies and best practices
  • Identify and document potential gaps in policies, procedures, and project governance solutions
  1. Provide Project Management Process Support

  • Review campaigns for alignment with internal policies and external regulations
  • Educate teams on existing best practices and standards
  • Support Project Managers with reviews and analysis of project data
  • Review requests for enhancements to project management standards
  • Support on demand requests and shifting organizational priorities
  • Work closely with technology leadership to understand needs/challenges, assess potential impacts, and assist with compliance

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in M365 products, functionality, etc.
  • Knowledge/experience in relevant technologies, such as:
  • 3-5 years project and product management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communication
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to juggle and prioritize projects and tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player that works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions
  • Comfortable communicating with partners at all levels
  • Flexible to change while able to manage and support multiple efforts concurrently
  • Proactive and demonstrates strong initiative to manage day-to-day workflow with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working both virtually and in-person when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SmartSheet experience preferred–will help showcase all the product work in the apps enhancement space.
  • Dashboarding experience in PowerBI woudl be a plus!
  • Comfortable utilizing MyJira
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience managing technical projects
  • Product Management

Required Education

  • BA or equiv

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $74.79 to $83.11 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
