We are seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, data visualization, and marketing insights.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: Part-time, approx. 20 hour weekly
  • Duration: Approx. 3 – 4 Weeks 

Responsibilities

  • Data wrangling and cleansing: Collect, organize, and clean data from various sources, including social media, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
  • Conduct data analysis: Utilize statistical methods and data analysis techniques to uncover meaningful insights and trends.
  • Develop marketing segmentation: Identify and analyze customer segments based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Create compelling visualizations: Develop clear and informative data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to communicate findings effectively.
  • Provide actionable insights: Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with the CMXO and other team members to understand business objectives and deliver relevant analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong data analysis skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques (e.g., correlation, regression, hypothesis testing).
  • Data visualization expertise: Ability to create visually appealing and informative data visualizations.
  • Marketing knowledge: Understanding of marketing concepts, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Experience with data tools: Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to data handling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35-$40/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
