This is a hybrid role.
Pay Range: $55/hr – $61/hr
Our client is a leader in the gaming space and lookng for an experienced Producer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Milestone planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of priorities
- Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality level
- Proactive risk management and mitigation
- Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership team
- Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency
- Providing regular capacity plan updates
- Focusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowerment
Qualifications:
- 7+ years Production, Development Manager, Project Management or Coordination experience
- Managed one or more game cross functional teams through all game development phases (Pre-Production, Production, Finaling)
- Has shipped a minimum of 2 game products, ideally console products.
- Experience shipping AAA quality games on console.
- Production experience with a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Has experience managing development projects from concept all the way through to release.
- Has experience managing multiple cross functional teams.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55/hr – $61/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
