Work Schedule: Normal PST business hours, Monday ‐ Friday
Project Overview:
Payments platform team is responsible for moving all of our client’s Revenue related payments money across 200+ countries for 100+ product teams using 100+ different ways to pay.
Payments PMO team collaborates with Product, Engineering and our cross‐functional teams in Product areas and other client teams (eg Finance, Compliance) to drive large, complex programs enhancing the Payments platform to serve our client’s needs. Our programs span across multiple teams and deal with Tax, Regulatory, Complex Product Launches and Infrastructure projects.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Own x-functional program plans across all teams driving to a successful launch
- Provide connectivity and alignment across program working group and stakeholders, manage the triple constraints (scope, resourcing, timelines) and xFn collaboration, while ensuring high quality.
- Tracking, reporting and escalation of risks and dependencies
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage technical programs in the Tax domain and drive them to launch.
- Work closely with ENG, PM, UX, XFN partners to define requirements, scope, schedule, plan resourcing, manage execution, milestones/tasks, communications, coordinate testing, communications and launch activities.
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects and working with 3rd party partners.
- 5 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects & programs, preferably in Technology or Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written + verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership, bring order into chaos, and collaborate well with others.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity within rapidly changing environments.
- Experience in the commerce / payments space is a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $105 to $116 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
