Associate Manager, Bilingual SEO Product Content Translation (English to French)

Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Manager for Bilingual SEO Product Content Translation (English to French) to join the dynamic Product Content Team at our top retail client in Toronto! In this role, you will be responsible for translating product content for their various websites, across several brands. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing the product content for French organic searches and on-site searches.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product content from English to French or write French copy that caters to the French-Canadian customer base.
• Support a project aimed at leveraging AI for effective content translation to French. Provide feedback and edits to AI-generated outputs.
• Utilize tools such as SEMRush to identify optimization opportunities and ensure our product content outranks competitors in French organic searches.
• Conduct ongoing SEO optimizations on the French websites to enhance the overall customer experience for French customers.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in translating product content from English to French, utilizing appropriate French vocabulary to drive organic search traffic to product pages.
• Proficient in SEO techniques and strategies.
• Extensive experience working with SEMRush and other Search Engine Optimization tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within a matrix organization structure.
• Ability to use Google Analytics to provide insightes and present findings to stakeholders
• Previous experience working in high-paced environments.

Working Arrangements: This position is mainly remote; however, occasional visits to the office in Toronto may be required. Will consider 100% remote for candidates outside of Toronto (Quebec, etc)
