We are seeking an accomplished Software Program Manager with a strong background in Packaging Engineering and Print Technology to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in developing innovative software and tools that capture localized content for seamless integration at manufacturing sites in China. You will work closely with print experts, external partners, and cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of advanced packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software and tools to capture and merge localized content for packaging processes at manufacturing sites in China.
  • Manage technical R&D projects, focusing on print technology and packaging engineering.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors in China to oversee the implementation and processes of new packaging technologies.
  • Work with the environmental team and manage the processing of purchase orders (POs).
  • Facilitate early morning calls with teams in Israel and Europe, and evening calls with teams in China.
  • Build and deliver effective presentations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure the successful execution of complex projects from conception to completion, maintaining high-quality operations.
  • Traffic technical R&D details across multiple teams and prepare program teams for future implementation.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer electronics or consumer goods packaging, with a focus on packaging engineering and print technology.
  • In-depth understanding of various printing processes, with an emphasis on UV printing.
  • Strong background in packaging manufacturing and raw material knowledge.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement software/tools for packaging processes.
  • Expertise in using project tracking methods and tools, including database/project management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and delivering presentations.
  • Proficiency in Mac applications, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability for domestic and international travel (10% of the time).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $120. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
