We are seeking a Senior Web Production Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and optimize web experiences using Adobe tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web production, a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics (AA).

Primary Responsibilities:
– Utilize Adobe tools such as AEP, AEM, Target, and AA to build web experiences.
– Collaborate with IT partners on authoring experience enhancements and development of components and templates.
– Administer web configuration tools for targeted and personalized audience experiences and A/B tests.
– Coordinate releases and publishing across various sites, audiences, journeys, and campaigns.
– Provide support to distributed authors ensuring web experiences adhere to best practices.
– Maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager CMS including site architecture and custom components.
– Enforce platform standards and processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
– Support continuous improvement and optimization of channel processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Analytical skills with intellectual curiosity.
– Sound judgment in resolving complex issues.
– Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
– Project management experience across multiple teams.
– Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe creative tools, and analytics.
– In-depth knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
– Awareness of current and future trends in web production.
– Ability to provide reports and analysis for program improvement.
– Proactive communication regarding encountered issues.

Additional Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with others and assist in completing work assignments.
– Perform quality checks and verify accuracy of work.
– Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.”The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $55 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
