They are seeking a talented and innovative MR Prototyper to join their dynamic team. This role involves researching, designing, and creating prototypes that will influence and guide the roadmaps of future MR products.

Job Description: As an MR Prototyper, you will be tasked with building prototypes that not only demonstrate their value but also help shape the future of MR technology. You will work in a collaborative environment with scientists and engineers across multiple disciplines, making critical architectural decisions to rapidly deliver software solutions. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, readable code, debugging complex problems across systems, and efficiently managing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative prototypes that display potential value and guide the development of future MR products.
• Engage in collaborative work across various scientific and engineering disciplines to deliver software solutions swiftly.
• Code efficiently, ensuring readability, and debug complex, system-spanning issues.
• Constantly learn and adapt, exploring new and unfamiliar technologies while embracing the challenges inherent in MR problem solving.
• Design and create interactive prototypes, collaborating with technical teams to enhance prototyping platforms.
• Maintain prototypes, setup presentations for diverse audiences, and communicate analytical findings to cross-functional partners.
• Provide and solicit feedback to improve product quality continuously.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, Content Strategists, and QA to oversee the implementation of user experiences from concept to launch, and beyond.
• Contribute to strategic decisions alongside the Design, Product, and Executive teams.
• Produce assets ready for rapid internal testing and external release.
• Champion product design initiatives throughout the organization.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in real-time 3D development.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, C/C++, Python, and Java.
• Experience with AR/VR and game development platforms.
• Excellent creativity, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to visualize in 3D and comprehend design aesthetics.
• Experience in creating layouts and generating new images using computers.
• Expertise in problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated knowledge in computational complexity, algorithm design, low-level computer architecture, and software design.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $80.81 to $89.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
