This is a temporary 12-month assignment hybrid in Cupertino: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

As part of our Payments and Commerce team, you will play a crucial role in replacing the traditional physical wallet and helping people live financially healthier lives. The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for managing compliance-related initiatives that enhance the global reach and impact of groundbreaking financial services. This role will collaborate with senior marketing leadership, regional marketers, and cross-functional teams including product, legal, operations, and analytics to drive central initiatives and set up the organization for scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and cross-functional partners to ensure marketing strategies are compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, documentation, and timelines to support compliance readiness globally.
  • Manage digital repositories effectively, ensuring all necessary documents are accessible and well-organized.
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders about the status of compliance initiatives and represent the marketing team in compliance forums as required.
  • Drive the adoption and excitement for our financial services by implementing marketing strategies that comply with regulatory standards and extend their impact globally.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, marketing consulting, or digital business transformation, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems by collaborating cross-functionally and prioritizing logically.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously and influencing without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable with both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution.
  • Understanding marketing technology is a plus, and the ideal candidate would have previously worked in compliance industries like healthcare, fintech, and banking.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $100/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
