We are working with a client who is seeking a passionate Program Manager to join the Vendor Change Management Team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on solving problems, advocating for community needs, and driving operational excellence across platforms.

Team Mission
The Vendor Change Management Team is dedicated to enabling organizational priorities through robust and customer-centric change management strategies. The team plays a crucial role in offering strategic guidance and fostering seamless partnerships with both stakeholders and vendors to streamline operations and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning and execution of multiple vendor change management projects, ranging from small to large scale, aligning with product and operations strategies.
  • Lead discussions and coordinate efforts among operational stakeholders throughout the organization to efficiently manage resources.
  • Communicate operational decisions on prioritization and trade-offs to the cross-functional team, driving consensus and ensuring effective implementation.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues, while maintaining strong professional relationships during challenging situations.
  • Advocate for vendor partners and manage cross-functional operational efforts, collaborating with engineering, policy, training, and other teams to ensure successful change implementations.
  • Adapt to dynamic and evolving business requirements with minimal oversight, employing innovative solutions and prioritizing effectively.
  • Champion continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for tool enhancements, leveraging data analytics to boost performance metrics, and optimizing operations through cross-functional collaborations.
  • Manage vendor communications and maintain a comfort level with ambiguity, navigating through uncertain situations with strategic foresight.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMI or PMP) preferred.
  • Experience with Vendor Change Management

They should possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a demonstrated capability to lead and influence across various levels of a global organization.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $75-$85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match
