This is a temporary assignment. 12 months with the pontential to extend. Hybrid in New York City. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the beauty/retail industry.

Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Our Client’s digital initiatives via CRM channels, brand website, website, and apps to increase brand awareness and market share. This
position will support the Digital team by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, eCommerce, Creative, Analytics, Legal, and 3rd Party vendors to bring campaigns to life and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, is self-starter, detail-oriented, nimble, inquisitive, willing to learn,
and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage brand, email, and site annual calendars, ensuring alignment with key partners in Marketing and Client Team.
• Develop content and set up briefs for all emails (Professional, Consumer, Client and LEVEL), while partnering with internal teams for approval and scheduling.
• Maintain brand and Client sites by developing and/or localizing brand content (including but not limited to PDPs, blog, promotions, education, metadata for SEO), while partnering with Marketing, Education, Creative, and 3rd party vendors.
• Project manage the digital marketing briefing process by partnering closely with the Creative team in submitting and reviewing requests, ensuring that designs align with site and email marketing best practices for optimal
engagement rates.
• Work closely with 3rd party vendors to set up email campaigns, ensuring flawless execution by delivering approved assets, reviewing email proofs and providing feedback.
• Assist in the development of segmentation across touchpoints to advance personalization.
• Perform email A/B tests and report on performance to continually optimize campaigns.
• Assist with monthly reporting, including but not limited to website, email marketing, and database growth initiatives, in partnership with Analytics team and 3rd party vendors. Present findings and recommendations for
optimizations to Director, Digital.
• Create quarterly CRM and Site performance decks to disseminate digital learnings.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiencies
• Ad hoc responsibilities as required.

Required qualifications/ What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant digital marketing experience (ie. site, email, SMS marketing).
• Experience in SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Google Analytics, and PowerBI is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple projects, while meeting deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of management.
• Self-starter, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Highly organized, analytical and detail oriented.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Inquisitive and willing to learn about digital trends and best in class practices.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $30/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
