The Selling Partner Marketing team is a critical part of our consumer business which offers millions of Sellers the opportunity to build and grow their business using our reach and expertise. Sellers are our customers and we help them to sell their products to hundreds of millions of customers world-wide.

We are looking for a passionate, rigorous, and results-oriented digital marketer that will own the execution and reporting of paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, and LinkedIn. You will be part of a cross-functionalmarketing team focused on driving awareness, consideration, and activation as you help to recruit new third-party (3P)
sellers to sell with us. This role requires a proven track record of driving business goals through down funnel KPI optimization of paid social and paid search campaigns.

A successful candidate will thrive with ambiguity, be motivated by a fast-paced environment, and enjoy discovering insights through data. They will be an ambitious self-starter with the ability to operate independently, provide recommendations backed by data, and implement those recommendations for key initiatives in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages the delivery of paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) campaigns,including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Executes experiment roadmaps and shares learning.
  • Measures and analyzes channel performance to drive future marketing decisions and optimize acquisition strategies.

Job Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of paid social and paid search marketing experience with a global company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Communication.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented
  • Proven experience with Excel to manipulate and analyze data (e.g., vlookup, pivot tables, charts)
  • Experience using Analytics programs (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Lead generation and/or B2B digital marketing experience
  • Experience with multivariate testing, and conversion optimization
  • Proficient in SQL

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45.00 to $50.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
