One of Aquent’s leading Consumer Retail brands is seeking a new Retail Lifecyle Marketing Manager.  This talent will need to sit in Boston and be willing to be in office 4 days a week.  This assignment will start at 6 months and has a possibility of extension. Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a Manager, CRM & Acquisition who is passionate about building omni-channel consumer journeys to drive key purchase behaviors and deepen our brands relationship with consumers. The ideal candidate thrives on putting the consumer at the center of their work, excels in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, and enjoys collaborating with diverse partners. You should possess a blend of analytical and creative skills, with a track record of designing exceptional experiences that achieve business goals.

What You Will Work On: As the Manager, CRM & Acquisition, you will lead seasonal planning for marketing emails, SMS, acquisition campaigns, and retention programs across various platforms and marketing channels. Your responsibilities include planning, campaign development, execution, reporting, and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate closely with site merchandising, digital brand partners, and other stakeholders to develop cross-functional GTM plans and orchestrate cross-channel journeys for targeted messaging. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies across the funnel.

Who You Will Work With: You will report to the NA Site Experience + GTM direction and directly to the Senior Manager of CRM + Retention. You will collaborate closely with digital marketing, site merchandising, analytics, digital product teams, as well as third-party vendors and agencies.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing consumer programs that drive long-term value and short-term financial outcomes
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience collaborating with analytical teams to develop testing roadmaps and learning agendas
  • Ability to synthesize data and insights into clear consumer segmentation strategies and roadmaps
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and managing through ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive consumer-centric initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM technical capabilities, including experience with CDP and audience targeting tools, as well as campaign management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $49.00 to $53.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
