This position is hybrid on site 1 time every other week in Union Square, NY
No C2C, W2 only

This Analytics Advisor/Product Owner role with join a Customer Analytics team and will be accountable for product and feature development and prioritization for their major business work streams and coordinating with other product owners, system and project specialists, and vendors to deliver on project goals and objectives. The products will be structured around data Products and data platforms, data governance, business insights, value management and program management. The ideal candidate has strong experience as a Product Owner in a customer data analytics capacity and can to work quickly with business teams to understand their end goals and work with data engineers to translate that into products and requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal business and cross-functional teams as required, engage vendors and company stakeholders, and monitor and control all project activity throughout the project life cycle.
  • Establish work plans, administer meetings, assign and track tasks and develop status reports
  • Create and maintain project documentation as required such as business requirements, stakeholder list, and risk register, and develop and implement associated plans.
  • Develop messaging and communication strategy and materials to proactively engage stakeholders, build awareness, solicit input, and gain alignment to positively influence project outcomes.
  • Perform testing associated with changes to business processes and systems, including development of detailed test plans and test cases, execution of testing, documentation of findings, and working with business and technical staff to resolve identified issues.
  • Support a customer-centric culture, taking special interest in meeting the needs of external and internal stakeholders.

 

Experience needed:

  • Strong project management skills with experience as a product owner or similar role on a technology implementation project.
  • Ability to work independently as well as drive results by collaborating with stakeholders to build consensus.
  • Demonstrated ability to be well organized, detail oriented, and flexible to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills and strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and oral) with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations and creating documentation that can be consumed by users of diverse background and skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with experience in business process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred – Experience in customer data analytics or customer experience management.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $72 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
