Statespace, renowned for its groundbreaking Aimlabs product that enhances performance for millions of gamers, was experiencing rapid growth and recognized the need to scale its Design, Product, and Marketing teams. With only one dedicated HR Professional on staff, Statespace sought a specialized recruitment partner to augment its internal resources and effectively manage this expansion. The company needed to hire for niche gaming roles within these teams and was committed to building a diverse team that reflected the 30 million players who use their flagship product.
