Job Responsibilities:
• Perform daily master data updates and validations (UOM, BOM, quantities, hierarchy, attributes, frozen file checks) to ensure accuracy across planning systems.
• Support the Data Steward by executing manual data entry, cleansing, formatting, and normalization of datasets.
• Maintain and prepare data for scenario planning cycles, including loading inputs, validating deltas, refreshing versions, and organizing shared files.
• Coordinate and maintain data quality Management Information (MI) that is timely, accurate, and clearly communicated.
• Ensure all data changes follow defined governance controls, documentation standards, and traceability guidelines.
• Support reporting and metric preparation, aggregating data for supplier alignment, capacity metrics, and planning KPIs.
• Assist with audit support, including reviewing completeness, identifying missing attributes, and tracking data issues.
• Maintain version control, file organization, trackers, and change logs used by the Data Steward and cross‑functional partners.
• Partner with engineering, category, PM, and planning teams to capture updates and log incoming data requests.
• Help develop and maintain resource/activity trackers, monitoring data flows and prioritizing incoming requests.
• Provide coordination support for data governance meetings, touchpoints, or work reviews.
• Support colleagues on tools, templates, and process workflows used across master data and planning operations.

• Ability to work independently and maintain consistency with shifting priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with repetitive or manual data tasks

Education / Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience or exposure to data management, operations, or planning (preferred)
• Familiarity with data governance concepts and master data processes (preferred)
• Proficiency with Excel and other data tools; experience with planning tools is an advantage
• 5 – 7 years of experience

Top 3 Must Have Skills:

Advanced Excel & Data Handling (5+ years)
Must be proficient with large datasets, pivots, lookups, data validation, cleansing, formatting, and template‑based reporting.

Project Management / PMO Tools & Governance (5 years)
Experience with project logs, governance templates, resource tracking, risk/issue logs, meeting materials, and tools like MS Project, Planner, Smartsheet, or ADO.

Master Data / Data Quality Processes (5 years)
Hands‑on experience with master data updates, validations, accuracy checks, MI preparation, scenario data loads, or operational data processes.
