**What You’ll Do**

* Evaluate AI-generated presentation outputs against detailed criteria provided by cross-functional teams.
* Judge the accuracy of AI model output relative to prompts, assessing both content relevance and visual execution.
* Assess the visual quality, craftsmanship, layout, and overall design standards of AI-generated content.
* Apply consistent interpretive standards across evaluations, adapting to evolving changes and guidelines.
* Proactively identify and flag system issues, sharing progress and insights with cross-functional teams.
* Document findings comprehensively and provide actionable feedback to enhance future AI model outputs.
* Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to refine evaluation criteria and support the continuous improvement of AI-generated content.

**What You’ll Bring**

* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
* 3+ years of experience in visual content curation, design assessment, or creative quality assurance, ideally within a digital content or presentation environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in visual design principles, layout, and creative standards.
* Proficiency with presentation software and other design tools.
* Strong visual design sensibilities, including a keen eye for design styles, imagery, color palettes, fonts, and graphics.
* Ability to provide precise, objective judgments using a structured approach to content evaluation.
* Comfort in identifying nuanced issues in model output and communicating findings clearly.
* Adaptability to changing project parameters and the ability to apply consistent interpretive standards across evaluations.
* Clear and timely written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.

* Experience supporting creative evaluation workflows or working directly with AI-generated visual content.
* Prior exposure to structured assessment environments or rubric-based evaluations.
