A Talent Operations Coordinator is a centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting, who will manage various operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. The talent program is funded by the executive office and will be responsible for creating all requisitions within every business group. It is critical to have a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field.
• Must have Office Experience (outlook/excel/word).
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed.
• Exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating as needed.
• The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
• The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
• POC for net-new and backfill requisition requests, including facilitation of the approval and creation processes.
• Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with business managers/recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions.
• Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
• Partner closely with business managers, admins and with hiring managers.
• Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years customer service-related experience required.
