We are seeking a versatile, digital-first Copywriter to join our creative team. In this role, you won’t just write headlines; you will transform complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that resonate across the entire digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a master of their craft with a sharp eye for detail and the agility to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. You are as comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders as you are diving deep into a solo writing session.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve crafting high-impact copy that moves the needle. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Multi-Channel Execution: Write, edit, and refine copy across a wide array of touchpoints, including email campaigns, social platforms, landing pages, online banners, and print.
  • Brand Stewardship: Develop strategic copy that remains strictly consistent with brand voice and tone while adapting to the specific nuances of different platforms.
  • Strategic Translation: Take marketing insights and high-level strategies and translate them into “digital-first” advertising campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Creative Excellence: Execute all work to the highest standards of craft, ensuring every comma and call-to-action is intentional.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of social media best practices, emerging technology, and industry trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within a fast-paced creative agency or in-house brand team.
  • Digital Fluency: A proven ability to develop high-quality content across various digital mediums with a “digital-first” mindset.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate creative concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders and team members alike.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Passion: A genuine obsession with social media platforms, culture, and the evolving landscape of digital storytelling.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $60. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
